<p><strong><span style="color:#00ff00;">SELF CONTROL</span></strong></p>
<p>a)      State of the human soul which strives to execute the commandments of Allah</p>
<p>b)      Belief in Tawhid(Tawhid Rububiyyah and Uluhiyyah) and Five Pillars of Islam leads towards taqwa and accountability</p>
<p>c)       Accountability motivates self control</p>
<p>d)      Self control develop good qualities in man(an employee, a manager or a leader)</p>
<p>e)      Prevent fraud, BCT, abuse of power and squandering of public funds,transparency and good conduct</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#00ff00;">SOCIAL CONTROL</span></strong></p>
<p>a)      In Islam society is as important as the individual in preventing deviations from the Commandments of Allah SWT</p>
<p>b)      The culture of enjoining good and forbidding evil(amr maaruf nahi mungkar) creates a sense of social control(Surah Al-Imran:104) will enhance self control</p>
<p>c)       Self Control to correct leaders of the state or organization(I have been given authority over you and I am not the best among you. If I do right help me and if I do wrong correct me-Caliph Abu Bakar</p>
<p>d)      In organization, the members perform social control to prevent deviations from the goals</p>
<p>e)      Social control leads to team work, sense of belongings and the elimination of negative elements.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#00ff00;">INSTITUTIONAL CONTROL</span></strong> a)      Control is also done through the mechanism establish by the state or an organization.</p>
<p>b)      Al Hisba is an effective controlling mechanism introduced throughout the Islamic history.The person responsible is called Muhtasib.</p>
<p>c)       It is a one stop agency performing different functions of control in line with `amr bil ma’ruf wan-nahi `anil mungkar’ to enforce al-adl wal ihsan and haq(truth) outlined by the state.</p>
<p><span style="color:#ff00ff;"><em><strong>*above is the simple notes on control. You can simplify it again for examination purpose. Use these notes to relate a certain type of control.
